A Florida lady named Sarah Ramsammy was detained on Saturday after she is accused of speeding across the sand in her blue SUV while intoxicated while on the beach at Smyrna Dunes Park. In a statement, the Volusia Sheriff's Office said that Sarah Ramsammy, 26, of Orlando, was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving, and failing to obey a traffic control device. The statement claimed that Ramsammy had a blood alcohol level that was nearly double the state legal limit.
