In the case of a mother who reportedly visited a parody website under the impression that she was hiring a real contract killer to murder her child, a second arrest has been made.18-year-old Jazmin Paez was detained in July on suspicion of encouraging the murder of her 3-year-old son. She allegedly went to the fictitious website "Rent-a-Hitman" and made a request for the murder of her small kid, as previously reported by Law&Crime.

Robert Innes, the website's proprietor, alerted Miami, Florida, authorities after becoming concerned by the detail of the request's seeming seriousness.Authorities in Miami-Dade detained 18-year-old Gamaliel Soza on Monday in connection with the suspected plot.A check of Paez's smartphone turned up discussions between the two adolescents in which Soza seems to have implied that her child was the only thing between them, according to an arrest affidavit.

The affidavit quotes Soza as saying, "I hope you see that the kid is the problem." I informed you about the child and all I ever wanted was to set you free, but you didn't do anything.Soza allegedly told Paez in messages, "You do it, and I'll think about coming back."

The affidavit suggests that Paez made an effort to persuade Soza that she carried out his apparent request.According to the affidavit, "Ms. Jazmin Paez claimed that she took her son to the woods and left him there to be eaten by bears or drown in the water." ,"Soza is currently accused of one count of first-degree murder conspiracy as well as one count of illegal use of a communications device, like Paez.Soza was given a $15,000 bond and told not to speak to the child or anyone else younger than 18, according to South Florida's NBC affiliate WTVJ. Paez had previously received a bail for the same sum and a prohibition of seeing her son.
